Do subscriptions renew, and how do I cancel?
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the amount and interval in your PayPal agreement until cancelled. Cancel before the next payment in PayPal Settings > Payments, under Automatic Payments or Subscriptions and saved businesses. Select the relevant merchant and cancel the agreement. Menu names may vary. Uninstalling the software does not cancel billing. Cancellation stops future renewals once effective; your license remains valid for the paid term unless refunded or terminated under the Terms. Contact [email protected] for help. The Lifetime Package has no recurring charge.
Why might an existing payment have a different price?
Different purchase entry points and existing subscription plans may have different prices, including annual plans at USD 19.95 and USD 29.95. Review the price and billing interval at your chosen entry point and PayPal checkout. Existing subscriptions follow their PayPal payment agreements; this page does not by itself change their renewal price.
How quickly will I receive my license key?

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If our software does not work on your setup or fails to meet your expectations, simply send an email with your order receipt to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant payment for a 100% full refund. This applies to your initial purchase and each automatic renewal. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically request a refund; please contact us about any payment you want refunded. Can I use the software on more than one PC?
Yes! Your personal license covers personal use across your desktop and laptop. Whenever you reinstall or migrate to a new machine, your registration key can be easily activated or re-issued by contacting customer support.
