Terms of Service & EULA
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual user or a legal entity) and the individual developer based in China who operates Advanced Virtual Web Camera through virtualwebcamera.com ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our desktop software application, virtual camera driver, website (virtualwebcamera.com), and related support services.
If you do not agree to all provisions contained in this Agreement, you must not download, install, copy, or use the software.
2. Software License Grant
A. License Scope
Subject to your continuous compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and run the executable binary of Advanced Virtual Web Camera on compatible Windows operating systems (Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7).
B. License Types
- Free Evaluation / Trial Version: You may download and test the evaluation version free of charge. The evaluation version may include watermark overlays or session time restrictions and is intended solely for testing compatibility with your hardware and third-party software before purchasing.
- Pro Paid Licenses (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime): Upon purchasing a valid license, you will receive a unique registration key unlocking full high-definition video emulation, multi-stream outputs, overlay customization, and priority customer service for the duration of the chosen license term.
3. License Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct
You expressly agree that you shall NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract source code from, or modify any binary component or driver of the software.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sub-license, or commercially host the software for simultaneous third-party multi-tenant usage without prior written authorization.
- Bypass, alter, or circumvent any license key verification, DRM checks, or hardware-binding security mechanisms.
- Use the software to impersonate individuals unlawfully, perform identity fraud, bypass security biometric verifications, broadcast non-consensual imagery, or violate applicable privacy laws.
- Use the software to broadcast or reproduce content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
4. Purchases, Pricing, and 30-Day Refund Policy
A. Payments
All orders are processed through accredited payment service providers (e.g., PayPal). You agree to pay the stated fees for your selected subscription or lifetime license. Pricing may differ between purchase entry points and existing subscription plans. For example, annual plans have been offered at USD 19.95 and USD 29.95. Review the price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable tax shown at your chosen purchase entry point and PayPal checkout before authorizing payment. The amount and schedule for an existing subscription are shown in its PayPal payment agreement; a different price shown elsewhere on this website does not by itself change that agreement.
B. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Monthly and annual plans are recurring subscriptions. By approving the PayPal subscription at checkout, you authorize automatic charges at the amount and interval shown in that agreement until you cancel. The Lifetime Package is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
To stop future renewals, cancel before the next scheduled payment in your PayPal account: open Settings, then Payments, find Automatic Payments or Subscriptions and saved businesses, select the relevant merchant agreement, and cancel it. Menu names may vary by country or account. See PayPal's cancellation instructions. You can also contact [email protected] with your purchase email and transaction ID for help.
Cancellation stops future scheduled renewals once it takes effect. It does not automatically refund a payment already processed. Your paid license remains valid for the remainder of its paid term unless that payment is refunded or the license is terminated for a breach of these Terms. Uninstalling the software or no longer using it does not cancel the PayPal subscription.
C. License Delivery
Upon successful payment processing, our automated system sends your software registration code to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you encounter any delivery delay, contact [email protected] for assistance.
D. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and performance of our software. If you are not satisfied with Advanced Virtual Web Camera for any reason, or if the software fails to work properly on your system, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 30 days of the relevant payment date. This guarantee applies to your initial purchase and to each automatic subscription renewal; each payment has its own 30-day request window.
To claim your refund, simply email our customer support at [email protected] with your transaction ID or PayPal receipt email. We will process your refund promptly through PayPal. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions; please also cancel future renewals if you no longer want the subscription. This guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or rights available under PayPal's applicable policies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Advanced Virtual Web Camera (including but not limited to code, virtual device drivers, graphic assets, documentation, and the virtualwebcamera.com website) remain the property of the individual developer or the relevant third-party rights holders. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are strictly reserved.
6. Third-Party Applications & Compatibility
Advanced Virtual Web Camera works as a virtual DirectShow capture source compatible with standard Windows applications (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Discord, Skype, OBS Studio, and WebRTC browsers).
All product names, logos, and brands referenced on our website are the property of their respective trademark holders. Mention of third-party software does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPLETELY UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE UNDER ALL SYSTEM CONFIGURATIONS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE INDIVIDUAL OPERATOR OF ADVANCED VIRTUAL WEB CAMERA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR HARDWARE MALFUNCTIONS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT SOFTWARE LICENSE.
9. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by completely uninstalling the software and destroying all copies in your possession. Uninstalling the software alone does not stop recurring billing; cancel your PayPal subscription as described in Section 4. Your rights under this Agreement may be terminated for a breach of its terms, subject to applicable law.
10. Applicable Law and Severability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to your purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. This revision does not retroactively remove rights or benefits already granted for an earlier purchase.
